Former Child Model Emma Tighe’s Huge Collection of Cadbury Memorabilia Up for Auction

A former child model, Emma Tighe, who starred in a Dairy Milk advert for Cadbury in the early 1980s, is auctioning off her collection of 369 Cadbury memorabilia items. Emma, who was living near the factory in Bournville, Birmingham when she was chosen for the advertisement, has been collecting Cadbury-themed items since the age of 12 and has become “overwhelmed” by the size of her collection.

The items, which include pins, signs, tins, posters, model cars, jigsaws, mugs, and egg cups, will be sold at Nock Deighton auctioneers in Bridgnorth, with the exception of one enamel sign that was gifted to her by a friend. Emma will be present at the auction to see where her collection ends up and has said “I’ll probably be sitting there crying.”
