American rapper and entrepreneur, Shawn Corey Carter, better known by his stage name Jay-Z, is one of the biggest names in ‘Rap’ and in the genre of hip-hop. He is not only one of the most successful rappers but also a successful entrepreneur, who owns an entertainment company named ‘Roc Nation’. His albums have approximately sold over 50 million copies globally and he has received a number of awards. Many of his albums have time and again charted popular countdowns including the famous ‘Billboard 200’. His large catalog of music speaks volumes about his hard-work and ruthless, aspiring quality. Jeffrey Leon Bridges, popularly known as Jeff Bridges, is a popular ‘Academy’ award-winning American actor. He is also a singer and film producer. He is best known for his roles in films like ‘The Last Picture Show’ and ‘Crazy Heart.’ Bridges, who comes from a prominent acting family, started appearing on screen as a toddler. His first significant appearance was on the television series ‘Sea Hunt’ where he acted alongside his father Lloyd Bridges and brother Beau Bridges. He won his first ‘Academy Award’ nomination for his role in the 1971 film ‘The Last Picture Show.’ Over the years, he has also earned ‘Academy Award’ nominations for several other films, such as ‘Starman’ and ‘The Contender.’

Dan Bongino (1974-)

Dan Bongino is an American author, political commentator, radio show host, podcast host, politician, former congressional candidate, former ‘United States Secret Service’ agent, and former police officer of the ‘New York City Police Department’ (NYPD). He is also an outspoken supporter of President Donald Trump. After completing his post-graduation in psychology, he started working with the ‘NYPD.’ Later, he joined the ‘Secret Service’ and served in the protective duty of the then-president, George W. Bush, and his successor, President Barack Obama. Later, he resigned from the ‘Secret Service’ to join politics and become a writer. Though his political career has not been too successful, his writing career has made him quite popular.

Kim Seok-jin (1992-)

Kim Seok-jin, also known as “Jin,” is a singer-songwriter from South Korea and a vocalist of the noted seven-member South Korean K-pop boy band ‘BTS.’ Jin entered the music industry after being spotted by ‘Big Hit Entertainment’ and eventually made his debut with ‘BTS,’ in the band’s debut effort, ‘2 Cool 4 Skool.’ His first co-produced track, ‘Awake,’ was a solo single from second album of ‘BTS,’ ‘Wings.’ The song ‘Epiphany,’ which became part of the ‘BTS’ compilation album ‘Love Yourself: Answer’ and made its way to top spots on several international charts (including the fourth spot on the ‘Billboard World Digital Singles Chart’), was Jin’s second solo. He has garnered worldwide recognition as a member of ‘BTS.’

Tyra Banks (1973-)

Tyra Banks is an American actor, author, producer, entrepreneur, television personality, and former supermodel. She is best known for creating, producing, and presenting the long-running reality television series ‘America’s Next Top Model.’ She also created and hosted the two-time ‘Emmy’ award-winning daytime talk show ‘The Tyra Banks Show’ for five years. Banks, who gained recognition as a supermodel, originally wanted to be a writer or producer in the film industry. Often body shamed by her older brother as well as her peers, Banks did not think of modeling as a career option until she was encouraged by a classmate who made her realize her true potential.

 

Marisa Tomei (1964-)

Marisa Tomei is an American film, television, and theatre actor. She made her acting debut in television as ‘Marcy Thompson’ in the series ‘As the World Turns.’ She made her film debut with ‘The Flamingo Kid,’ a comedy film where she played a minor role. Alongside TV and films, she has performed consistently in theatre as well. Her first play ‘Daughters’ earned her accolades and won her the ‘Theatre World Award.’ Following several flicks, she finally received her breakthrough role in ‘My Cousin Vinny’ which gave her international recognition. The film earned her an ‘Academy Award’ for ‘Best Supporting Actress’ and the ‘MTV Movie Award’ for ‘Best Breakthrough Performance.’
