Theo James (1984-)
Theo James is an English actor, musician, and model known for his role as Jed Harper in the famous TV series ‘Bedlam’ and also for his portrayal of detective Walker Clark in the CBC crime drama series ‘Golden Boy’. The actor received widespread fame and success when he ventured into films and particularly when he was signed on to play a pivotal character in the ‘Divergent’ film series. Theo James received several awards for that role and became a hot entity in Hollywood. His facial features resembling actor James Franco helped him bag some early roles in his career, which he has confessed himself, but his work has been appreciated and he was successful in making an impact. Also a singer, Theo is a part of a British music band, Shere Khan. The band performed in many concerts and became a fan favourite, but it eventually got disbanded sometime around late 2012, as all the members were looking for musical endeavors independently. Lately, Theo has also become an integral part of the ‘Underworld’ film franchise and keeping himself busy in Hollywood.
Krysten Ritter (1981-)
Former supermodel, Krysten Alyce Ritter is an established American actress and musician. Popularly known as Marvel’s ‘Jessica Jones’ on Netflix and Jane Margolis in AMC’s ‘Breaking Bad’, she has experienced the best of both worlds – television and Hollywood. From modelling consignments at the age of fifteen to an acclaimed television and film star, Krysten has come a long way in the two decades of her entertainment career. In her early years, she also starred in music videos such as ‘Waffle’ by ‘Sevendust’ and ‘Could I Have This Kiss Forever’ by Whitney Houston. With stellar performances in shows such as ‘Gilmore Girls’, ‘Gravity’, ‘Gossip Girl’ and many more, she quickly became an irrefutable choice for blockbuster movies. She turned a writer with a script about her experiences as a model and sold it as a TV pilot. She is also a proficient guitarist and singer, and plays regularly for a band named ‘Ex Vivian’. Krysten has been nominated for several awards and even bagged a trophy for ‘Best Actress’ in 2016. She will soon be seen on Netflix’s next superhero TV series ‘The Defenders’ that will be aired mid-2017, and in Brett Hayley’s film ‘The Hero’.
Jyoti Amge (1993-)
Jyoti Amge is an Indian woman who holds the record for being the smallest woman in the world, according to the Limca Book of Records and Guinness Book of Records. She is best known as an actress for appearing as Ma Petite in the fourth season of ‘American Horror Story: Freak Show’ in 2014. She was previously featured in the Channel 4 documentary, ‘Body Shock: Two Foot Tall Teen’ in 2009. In 2011, after her 18th birthday, she was officially recognized as the world’s smallest woman by Guinness World Records with a recorded height of 62.8 centimeters (2 ft 0.6 in). While she beat the former record holder Bridgette Jordan by 6.2 cm, the record for the shortest woman in history is still held by Pauline Musters who was only 61 cm tall. In 2012, during a photo session for the 57th edition of the Guinness World Records, she got to meet the world’s shortest man, Chandra Bahadur Dangi of Nepal. That year, she appeared as a guest in the Indian reality television show ‘Bigg Boss 6’ and also co-hosted ‘Lo show dei record’, an Italian TV show, along with Teo Mammucari.
