Ralph Vaughan Williams (1872-1858)

Ralph Vaughan Williams was an English composer who had composed many symphonies, chamber music, opera, choral music and film scores. He was greatly influenced by the fascinating world of folk music and carols, which are quite evident in the “English Hymnal”, a work in which he was involved as a musical editor. Encouraged by this experience, Vaughan Williams incorporated this style into many of his compositions. Lin Shaye (1943-)

Lin Shaye is an American actress, most recognized for her role as Elise Rainier in the ‘Insidious’ movie series. After graduating with a degree in acting from the University of Michigan, Shaye moved to New York to pursue a career in theatre. She started off by performing in off-Broadway shows and later moved to the greener pastures of films and television. She shifted her base to Los Angeles and made her debut with a minor role in the 1975 film ‘Hester Street’. Her initial career is dotted with several minor roles in various genres of films. Her most famous films of her early days include ‘There’s Something about Mary’ and ‘Dumb and Dumber’.
